I’m delighted for “Cotillion” to be part of One Night Stand’s Haunted Theater’s wonderfully spooky line-up! Thank you to Jim O’Leary for producing, Dave Ufford for lovely sound effects, and the talented Joi Hiatt for reading my story! 🎙👻❣️

One Night Stand Theater has just released its third online “mini-show”: an audio production called “One Night Stand’s Haunted Theater.” The show features stories and plays about theater ghosts and other supernatural arts events. The “Haunted Theater” can be listened to any time at the One Night Stand website at www.onenightstandtheater.org. â€śWhile we wait for the Denver theaters to re-open, we’re doing these online productions with our One Night Stand Theater writers and actors.” says James O’Leary, One Night Stand Theater’s artistic director. “Since you can’t go to a theater this fall to meet these theater ghosts in person, we’re bringing them into your home: eight plays and stories featuring poltergeists, apparitions, specters, and spirits of the stage.” The show features stories about ghosts in Denver theaters with “Sam by Ghost Light” by Susan Brooks, “Ghosts at the Vic” by Beth Foster, “Victorian Ghost” by Gina Wencel, “The Instructor’s Tale” by Michael R. Duran, and “Cotillion” by Jennie MacDonald. “Eddie” by Leroy Leonard offers an up close and personal look at a theater ghost; the plays “Missus Macbeth” by Bill Thompson and “Lost and Found” by Dave Ufford showcase backstage supernatural antics; and a long-ago theater tragedy is showcased in J. Jackson’s “I Will Not Go to Opening Night, Unless It’s the Only Night.”
